I rented two 10x10 climate-controlled units here before an overseas assignment. I was quoted a standard rate of $90/month (not a promotional rate). However, the price gouging started almost immediately once I was out of the country. Month 3: Rate jumped from $90 to $117. Month 9: Rate jumped again to $135. That is a 50% increase in less than a year. If I could give this facility a negative star rating, I would. The list of problems with this facility is nearly endless. First, in the over eighteen months we had this unit the climate control never worked as it should. Whenever outside temperatures are hot the unit is too hot. The previous owners made a half hearted attempt at repair, but it did not really solve the problem. Next, basic maintenance is nonexistent.
