I have been using this storage since the end of 2022. Although, the office staff are kind and the grounds remain clean, my lease rates have increased to $120 monthly for a 5×10 indoor unit. The lighting is very poor for an indoor unit. The only lighting is from the hallway lights. My items are covered from the ceiling's insulation.
The Right Space facility on Central Texas Expressway is the best! Antonia and her staff have provided the greatest customer service that a team can offer and continue to support the need of the client! Keep up the GREAT work.
They made it very easy to Book my unit online. I store my fishing boat there but at times it is difficult to return before nine o'clock.
Moved into this facility due to rate hikes elsewhere. Off that bat, wasn’t very comfortable leaving our things there. Minimal security and strange activity in the parking lot. To top it off, we returned only 4 months later to find there was clearly a rodent problem - droppings everywhere and the smell was terrible. Because our belongings were professionally packed and moved (meaning no way was there even a crumb), means the rodents are clearly moving across units. These people are incredible!! I've had some poor experiences with storage building companies before and I could not be happier with the experience and true customer service I received with Iron Guard. The reason I needed a storage building was very challenging and personal and extremely short notice. Angel and Mark were incredibly sympathetic, kind, and genuinely helpful in getting me set up quickly (and at a bargain price!) for a place to store my stuff.
