If I could give this facility a negative star rating, I would. The list of problems with this facility is nearly endless. First, in the over eighteen months we had this unit the climate control never worked as it should. Whenever outside temperatures are hot the unit is too hot. The previous owners made a half hearted attempt at repair, but it did not really solve the problem. Next, basic maintenance is nonexistent.
