Jackie has been an amazing Property Manager, I travel for work and she has been amazing with reminding me of my payment has not gone through. She also provides me with any information that I need regarding the units and or obtaining a different unit. All in all I would recommend this particular facility to anyone in the are!!!
Easy booking and payment process. I called to transfer my unit to a smaller one, and the lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful. My only advice is to have instructions on how to open the garage doors, but overall it's been a great experience

I have rented a space there for 5 years now. The monthly rate has consistently been much more than the rate they have advertised on the website. I have pointed this out in the past and they reduced my rent, but then increased it to more than it was when I complained after only a few months.
