I 'reserved' a unit online. When I tried to complete the rental (during posted business hours), a sign directed me to their main location. I drove to the 2nd location only to find a locked gate, office door behind the gate, and no one there. I called customer service. I didn't even want to select one star. They notified me awhile back I had to sign a new rental agreement but I can't they're app sucks. It keeps saying my log-in is incorrect and I keep resetting my password and I cannot get in. I have driven to the propery several times no one is ever there. They will not return my calls. This had been happening for weeks. This seems like a shady business.

Rented a unit online, paid for it in advance, showed up on the day that my unit was available and could not get in. I called and requested gate. Access code. It did not work. I tried repeatedly. App even said i was denied access. I had a trailer full of stuff to put in there and couldn't get into the unit. No one to talk to, no one could help. office was closed and closed the following day. I will be requesting a full refund and will go with another company.
