These folks are absolutely excellent. They are very helpful and always ready to answer questions. They are a very flexible business and they truly care about customers’ storage experience. Units are clean and taken care of and the pricing is very affordable. Specifically, Teagan is incredibly helpful and kind. I originally had a great experience with right space till they got bought by this new company. They got bought out while I was overseas, they doubled the cost of the storage, and refused to put a military discount on my new lease. I got completely taken advantage by this company and their response to me was sucks. Even after I got home, they told me I could put all my stuff into a different storage unit to save money for the last two months I was going to be there but they would were going to keep my original storage unit 10... read more
Rick was so helpful. I ran into a situation where I left my keys at the office and we could not find them and despite me being anxious, he kept calm and checked every area and found the keys. He explained to me that my lock was not on correctly and could have some issues, and when I asked for help, he happily followed me to my unit to make sure I could get incorrectly. I have never used a storage unit that has such helpful members, and I was very appreciative .
Easy access to unit, great size to store college dorm belongings, close to UNH and fanatic staff! Very much appreciated a personal call to remind me of upcoming bill date … in a busy time this was very helpful in avoiding any late fees. Will
