Pretty aged property, security seems fine. Leaving a review to note that I moved things in there temporarily in November at a rate of $196 a month while our house is being remodeled. January 4th, they increased the rent to $278. That's a 42% increase after renting a unit for just 2 months. This storage facility went from being the most affordable in Lebanon to the most expensive. Bait and switch? I'm not sure but I'm moving out in March/April but this went from a $980 storage unit over 5 months to a $1400 rental for 5 months... read more

Better hope your renewal date doesn't fall on a weekend as mine did when I tried to move out and cancel the next month rental. Which by the way now requires a month in advance notice that I was never told but has to do with automatic withdrawal from my bankcard. Customer service is nonexistent on the weekend and very confusing. I guess it's engineered that way by design to catch customers who might not be informed of recent changes to their policy of cancellation.
