They were the best storage facility in town until they sold to new owners. Now they raised rates without notifications. They locked my unit without cause and no reason why it was locked. Definitely switching storage places now.
I went there and Fred helped me out with my unit, he transferred me to one where my code worked and I was able to get in. Really helpful and great customer service!
