I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to Berta. She was very enthusiastic, clear, and respectful throughout the whole process. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and cares about providing great customer service. She made everything easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place, and if you get the chance, ask for Berta she’ll take good care of you!

Berta Has been great! She’s been amazing and pain free during this process! Was quick to answer back to the inquiry and made sure I was comfortable with pricings and location of my unit! I very much recommend her to anyone looking to rent a storage out ! :)

Berta was and always very professional. She explains all details where I can fully understand and was most helpful to solve any and all issues that came about. She is very amazing and her integrity is through the roof and she always does it with a big beautiful smile.

Berta was unbelievably helpful at fixing missing information on my lease and fixing the issues I had. Customer service was top notch. Our needs were met and the unit was spotless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Berta is a very professional and respectful worker. She helped me and my cousin when we were renting a unit and was patient with all the questions we had, answered them all without seeming annoyed with our questions, like most places do, and I really appreciated that. And she personally showed us the units we were thinking about renting and told us the ups and downs to getting it and gave us multiple options, she was very helpful.
