I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to Berta. She was very enthusiastic, clear, and respectful throughout the whole process. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and cares about providing great customer service. She made everything easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place, and if you get the chance, ask for Berta she’ll take good care of you!

I absolutely loved the interaction I had with the property manager Melissa for the property in Clovis, NM. She gave me all the information I needed. She was super helpful walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the app and gate code, and other information.

Berta was and always very professional. She explains all details where I can fully understand and was most helpful to solve any and all issues that came about. She is very amazing and her integrity is through the roof and she always does it with a big beautiful smile.
