Berta is a very professional and respectful worker. She helped me and my cousin when we were renting a unit and was patient with all the questions we had, answered them all without seeming annoyed with our questions, like most places do, and I really appreciated that. And she personally showed us the units we were thinking about renting and told us the ups and downs to getting it and gave us multiple options, she was very helpful.
Berta was a great worker showed me a few units until I found the very one that will hold my items very gentle and kind lady has lots of patience and the units are very cleaned out nice she's very . Sincere.
