"ring central is the best online call center " Overall: I use ring central for almost 3 years, with their virtual fax and the 1-800 number I have. They are never down and I never have to deal with any uses what so ever!

Great faxing capabilities Overall: I use RingCentral for their online faxing capabilities, and am so happy I decided to go this route vs getting a second phone line for faxing. Super easy to use and there's even a desktop app, so you don't have to use it through your email every time.
