"Quick and Easy Online Faxing" Overall: We have successfully switched to faxing online rather than using a physical fax machine. I initially thought this task would be more daunting and avoided it for a while. "Well thought out VOIP system" Overall: I now have just one number to give to clients, and I can answer on my PC or on my mobile phone.Pros: The flexibility is great. Options include custom hold music, routing between desktop and mobile apps, and seamless hand off. Sound quality is good with minimal latency, but this may be more dependent on network infrastructure than the software.Cons: The only difficulty I've had was with Windows and the Plantronics hardware both controlling in-call sound levels. Great software Pros: I really like this software. It has helped so much and has been very convenient to be able to use at work. It's nice to have your phone on your computer while you work so you can easily click over and text and call anybody you need to. Cons: The only complaint I have with this software is that sometimes when the phone calls come in, they don't ring or even show up until you get a notification that you missed the phone call.
"Good software bundled with vanity 800 numbers.." Overall: Otherwise it is the #1 800 number dashboard tool. Will use it again.Pros: Whenever a client asks me where to buy an 800 number I tell them either RingCentral or one other choice. I like the search process to find a number and the features such as call recording, demographics and more.Cons: Cost can be high for only 1 line but if purchased in packs price drops. I was unlucky not to get the vanity number I wanted that spells the business.
Rather expensive product Pros: This was a simple virtual fax that was easy to use. Uploading and downloading documents was rather simple and user friendly. Cons: This solution is rather expensive and does not justify the expense considering other alternatives. Overall: I really enjoyed this tool, and like the idea of having a virtual fax. The cost does not justify keeping a unnecessary tool.

We have been clients this entire time and have turned down possible "better offers" in the process. Why? "Office Phones" Overall: My overall experience with RingCEntral has been fine and it does serve its purpose with multiple office phones and communicating between offices. However, I think that some features could be updated such as making the transfer time to put in a number is longer.Pros: The thing I like most about RingCentral is being able to set up the phones for future days and holidays that the office will be closed and having the desk app on laptops to be able to text to numbers.Cons: The least thing that I like abou... read more
