The app runs on data and uses internet connection so unfortunately calls cut out more often than on regular linePros: I like that you can upload the ring central app and it gives you a phone number different than your own so you can have the convenience of 2 numbers on one phone. "Perfect for every office!" Pros: This is the best fax machine! I use it on a daily basis and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!Cons: I have yet to have any issues with this software.

"Well thought out VOIP system" Overall: I now have just one number to give to clients, and I can answer on my PC or on my mobile phone.Pros: The flexibility is great. Options include custom hold music, routing between desktop and mobile apps, and seamless hand off. Great software Pros: I really like this software. It has helped so much and has been very convenient to be able to use at work. It's nice to have your phone on your computer while you work so you can easily click over and text and call anybody you need to. Cons: The only complaint I have with this software is that sometimes when the phone calls come in, they don't ring or even show up until you get a notification that you missed the phone call.
"Good software bundled with vanity 800 numbers.." Overall: Otherwise it is the #1 800 number dashboard tool. Will use it again.Pros: Whenever a client asks me where to buy an 800 number I tell them either RingCentral or one other choice. I like the search process to find a number and the features such as call recording, demographics and more.Cons: Cost can be high for only 1 line but if purchased in packs price drops. I was unlucky not to get the vanity number I wanted that spells the business.
