"The best CYA on the market" Pros: This feature has literally saved us Thousands of dollars in lawsuit avoidance, evictions, and confirming what was aid via phone callCons: It should be included with Ring Central. I don't think it should cost extra
"Synchronization king..." Overall: All in all, RingCentral is a Value for Money ProductPros: The feature I love is the hot key: F6 Highlight (Select) the phone number on screen and press F6 and you are done.Cons: The sync sped at times slows down with the lowering of internet speed.
"Easy VoIP Solution for Big or Small Businesses" Overall: Smooth. Calls are clear, texting is easy and convenient, and being able to quickly set and change office hours, greetings, etc has made my work life much simpler.Pros: The softphone for RC is super easy to use, and the texting with attachments is a Godsend. In my business, a lot of my customers close via text, and I even use funny images and memes to market and follow up with them. "Good Value for $" Pros: We only us Ringcentral for faxes but it is very simple to use and is accessible from anywhere. I even send faxes from my phone while camping!Cons: I really dont have any cons on this software. We have uses it for 8 years now and have not had any issues that I recall.
"Changes on the go" Overall: It worked WONDERS when we moved offices... from my cell I could route calls to the office to wherever I was at the time. Once we had our new phone line working I could then flip the calls there. Great Product Pros: I enjoy the functionality and ease of use. It's great on desktop or mobile. Cons: I wish a little easier to increase number or participants in meetings. Overall: Glad our company is using this product, very satisfied.
"Ring Central turns my cellphone into my work phone without being intrusive!" Pros: I love that I can use my cell phone as a work phone while being able to keep my personal number away from our users. Ring Central is an app you download and has access to the phone functions just like your normal phone app would. The call quality on ring central is even better at times than the quality on my phone app. The calls over WiFi have great quality.
