Not as advertised. The hotel pics on the website didn’t show the same experience as the hotel itself. Switched to a 2 queen room. It was spacious but noticed a few things that made the experience average or sub par. The furniture was older, some peeling on the wallpaper. In the bathroom the shower soap shower and conditioner were not filled all the way, no shower body gel at all. The amenities provided were sparse. All in all a sub-average experience. Honestly, when I see 5-star reviews here, I can only assume that the person who wrote them either has absolutely no standards or that these are paid reviews. It starts with the so-called “remodeled” rooms—which were probably last renovated in the 1980s. And it continues with the staff, who, for the most part, seem just as unwilling to be in this hotel as the guests. We had a great time, well organized, great food, great fun, hilarious, reasonably priced and the coordinating staff and actors were all marvelous people! Highly recommend! Great view! Reasonably priced!
RIP OFF SCAM ALERT!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY WILL RANDOMLY KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT (MINE WAS $500 BUT I'VE HEARD OTHERS PAYING MUCH MORE THAN THAT) AND CLAIMING ITS A SMOKING FEE. I'VE NEVER SMOKED A DAY IN MY LIFE!!! I'VE ALREADY FILED COMPLAINTS AND I PLAN ON SUING.
Our room was wonderful BUT getting to it was a chore! Also,they say pets are allowed but it's a 75$ pet fee non refundable.....that's more then tthe room was before resort fees! At check in I mentioned that my husband had a disability and needed the quickest way there. The person (Moses) who checked me in was plesent and gave me directions but no warning it was so far away from the desk or where luggage carts may be at. Overall it was nice but definitely not disability friendly.
