Just sharing my experience but this place was not my cup of tea. Despite booking an appointment with Dr. Risoldi, I showed up to my appointment with a nurse practitioner. When I inquired about it, I was given a an appointment with Dr. Risoldi herself, but it seemed my file hadn't been properly communicated or read... Dr. Risoldi mentioned "remission" which didn't sit well with me, amongst a few other things. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE STAFF AND WELLNESS SPA!!! The staff is always extremely warm and welcoming and understands my hectic schedule! Dr. Sandy is a remarkable provider who puts her patients needs first and has helped me a ton!! I love the salt floats!! Lets the whole world melt away and allow me some much needed R&R every week! If you have not tried them yet!! GET IN THERE!!! You will not be disappointed!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Love Dr. Risoldi and her wonderful staff!
What peace and tranquility after just one float therapy experience. Highly recommend. Dr Risoldi is so nice. She really took the time to listen to me. She really puts you at ease and makes you feel like you matter to her instead of just being a number.
I am so grateful to have found Dr R. She is so caring and accommodating. My wellbeing has greatly improved since beginning with her over two years ago. All of our sessions have been telehealth, but that has never compromised the level of care. Dr. R is a god-send and I HIGHLY suggest her to anyone needing mental health services.
Scheduled appointment for 3:30 and no one joined the call for 20 minutes, called the location to ask for assistance and they said that no one was joining due to incomplete insurance information and documentation. I have email confirmation about the insurance information being received and there were no documents in OnPatient that said was needed to be completed and no documents in emails that I was supposed to fill out and send back, only a survey regarding my mental health - which I completed and got email confirmation that... read more
