We had a great experience with the carpet transaction we had with RiteRug. Their sales representative met me at the home in less than a day after I contacted her, measured the rooms and made her recommendation on a carpet replacement color. The final result looks wonderful, nicely matched to the existing wood floors in our new home. There were a couple of glitches with scheduling and measurement, but the company did what it could to move things along, especially with the initial order and efficiency getting the installation started.
Excelent work. Very professional, clean, great team and they left the house as it was before. We.are very satisfied!!!!
