We had a great experience with the carpet transaction we had with RiteRug. Their sales representative met me at the home in less than a day after I contacted her, measured the rooms and made her recommendation on a carpet replacement color. She wasn't pushy, but her color recommendation was spot-on. The final result looks wonderful, nicely matched to the existing wood floors in our new home. There were a couple of glitches with scheduling and measurement, but the company did what it could to move things along, especially with the initial order and efficiency getting the installation started.
