The owner Dave Johnston is a standup guy who takes pride in his work and cares about the product he delivers. If you are going to do business with Ritzcraft I highly recommend you find a minute to personally meet Dave. His team built us a beautiful pool within less than 5 months during major holidays. There were some staff changes along the way that resulted in a minor communication disruption but once I contacted Dave, he was at my house in person the next day addressing my concerns. Ritzcraft Pools was amazing to work with and delivered a beautiful pool. The owner, David Johnson, really goes beyond for customer satisfaction. They were quick to present a proposal, and finished ahead of schedule. On the day they were expected to start we had no power as a result of the storm, but rather than delaying the process, they brought in generators and started on time.
