The owner Dave Johnston is a standup guy who takes pride in his work and cares about the product he delivers. If you are going to do business with Ritzcraft I highly recommend you find a minute to personally meet Dave. His team built us a beautiful pool within less than 5 months during major holidays. There were some staff changes along the way that resulted in a minor communication disruption but once I contacted Dave, he was at my house in person the next day addressing my concerns. When I first worked with Ritzcraft, I thought they were fantastic. My pool was ready to use by May 2021. By October 2021, a leak was discovered and repaired by Ritzcraft for which I am grateful. One year later, the lights in the pool didn’t work and would need to be replaced and rewired ($$). Now March 2025, there is another leak! Most pool owners I know never have had a leak. Two pool leaks in four years??!! Faulty lights? Just proceed with caution.
