The move in process was super easy and simple. Juan made the entire experience easy and painless, got me and my wife approved in a few days after viewing the unit.
**ORIGINAL REVIEW INCLUDED BELOW** I have since moved out, and this apartment and it’s staff never improved. I would like to thank Juan, however, for being very kind and understanding with an emergency I experienced before moving out. Many things were not fixed with this unit even after a negative review. I had to thoroughly convince management and maintenance of rotted wood in my bedroom window needing a replacement vs. just caulking it, my dishwasher never drained properly and was mentioned on multiple maintenance request... read more
I love my apartment. The process was so easy, and Martin made such an outstanding effort to help me every step of the way. He got me the perfect apartment and had me moved in within a week as I needed the apartment as soon as possible! Been here for a month and I have no complaints. Martin along with his staff is great, all maintenance requests taken care of right away and all questions answered within in minutes.
Juan was so helpful with the application process, everything was fast and were extremely happy with everything thus far
I am truly pleased and impressed by the great customer care Martin provided throughout the lease approval process. Martin was always very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient..
