This is a beautiful Community. Awesome Management and Great Staff!! The Square footage of the apartment homes are much larger then most in the area. The property is well kept

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. My experience in these apartments were terrible because my neighbor below me would never go to sleep, made loud noises, yelled loudly, and blasted her TV as well as her music all through the night. I have to go to work and school the next day, yet due to lack of sleep, I am unable to wake up on time to get there. I lived at rivercourt for 3 years and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Huge cockroaches were infesting the whole place. I had to have my unit sprayed every week. The management changed every week. Every week there were a new set of rules. For two months I had no air conditioner. My water heater burst and my apartment flooded and they still took there time fixing it. And on top of that they went in my cupboard and used my towels. They went to Walmart and replaced my towels. Literally this place is ALWAYS doing yard work. They start early in the morning, around 7am waking literally everyone. Let's not get started on the parking, there's isn't any. If you get a good parking spot you better pray that you're not going anywhere for the rest of the day or else you'll have to park all the way on the other side of the apartments, it's terrible when you have to walk alone at 5am to your car if you get stuck parking on the other side of the apartments. The walls are infested with cockroaches!!! The linoleum is the original linoleum and it's patched with caulking like you would use around your toilet and sink's!!! The cabinets and counters are all made of particle board which are blackened by years of dirt build up and the cupboards are painted over with linoleum paint layer after layer and there's actually drips of paint! Goes to show how old the cabinets are! The baseboards along the linoleum and particleboard is so gross there's no wonder this place is infested with coc... read more
