I made appointment for thur at 2:30 I conform I drove 2 hours when I made it there. No one was there a guy open the door and said manager is not here so basically I waist 4 hours for nothing what kinda of management is that I got very disappointed.! Please don’t make appointments if you are not available.!
What my experience was like living there: Inconsistent management, incompetent maintenance team that takes months to complete work orders, violent neighbors, and filthy grounds.
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone searching for a place to live. These apartments are not a safe or reliable option for renting. A friend of mine used to live here, and her rent was stolen from the company’s Dropbox. It seems like an inside job, as the funds were transferred to the company’s account at Wells Fargo, while the other payment was cashed at a check-cashing store. Stayed here 2 yrs, no issues besides the guy that lived above me! No apartment living etiquette at all! When I moved in Sara was the manager, she was great, when she left, Ana basically took over, I loved her. My only issue was maintenance after Sara left because he didn't speak hardly any English. I stayed directly in front on W. El, anything happening inside the complex, I was unaware of!!
There are a lot of bad reviews here. Most of them are indeed accurate, but I will say that this complex is now under new management/staff Sara Erving is amazing she came in and did in a short few weeks what no one has done for two years. They are working on fixing problems. With Sara on board Im confident people will begin to have better experiences, she is very kind caring and professional. For the most part the side of the complex I lived on was quiet my neighbors were nice as well.
