Best dental experience ever! I had to have a root canal at 23 weeks pregnant and they made sure to take all the proper steps to make me feel comfortable. The service at the front desk was polite and helpful. The dental assistants were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Dr. W was AMAZING! I needed a root canal done and was referred by my dentist to River Heights. I was LUCKY to get in the same day between Christmas and New Year Holidays. Dr. Ben did my procedure and went thru step by step as he and his assistant did the root canal. Very professional in his practice and procedure!! I have already recommended River Heights to a family member!!
Dr. Ben was wonderful. He made me feel confident that I had chosen the right place. He listened to my information and he was able to take what I shared and explain to me what I wanted to know in a way that helped me understand what had happened that led to it. The whole procedure from start to finish was incredibly efficient. Very impressed.
I was so nervous about getting a root canal. The first visit was to determine my “root cause” 😁. The office staff, nurse and Dr were so friendly, kind and professional. When I returned for the procedure, I was all set with my tunes and earpiece - waiting to be in pain. I am not exaggerating here. There was no pain. I didn’t need my tunes. Dr Wach was awesome. No more fear. It was a quick and easy procedure!
I couldn't be happier that I was referred to River Heights Endodontics. Dr. Wachlarowicz and Heather did an amazing job during my visit with them recently. I've been told I'm stubborn but I never thought that would apply to my teeth. I was wrong. Lol. Dr. Wachlarowicz took his time, was patient with my less than cooperative tooth and most of all made sure that I was comfortable and updated me throughout the procedure.
