Best dental experience ever! I had to have a root canal at 23 weeks pregnant and they made sure to take all the proper steps to make me feel comfortable. The service at the front desk was polite and helpful. The dental assistants were knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Dr. W was AMAZING! Dr. Ben Fravel is outstanding! He took the time to clearly explain the treatment strategy for my complex tooth and paid close attention to detail to ensure the best possible outcome. The entire staff at River Heights endodontics is warm, friendly, accomodating, and responsive. I felt well cared for every step of the way! Highly, highly recommended!
Considering what I had been going through and dealing with weeks prior, I just wanted it all to be over with. My whole experience from start to finish was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly, I was able to ask questions, i was asked for my own thoughts on what could have caused my issues, was reassured they could fix me. I was done in about an hour, all went great! I will definitely come back if needed.
I was so nervous about getting a root canal. The first visit was to determine my “root cause” 😁. The office staff, nurse and Dr were so friendly, kind and professional. When I returned for the procedure, I was all set with my tunes and earpiece - waiting to be in pain. I am not exaggerating here. There was no pain. I didn’t need my tunes. Dr Wach was awesome. No more fear. It was a quick and easy procedure!
Thank you to the staff and Dr. Fravel! I was having tooth pain and had been going back and forth between my doctor and another endodontist and they were not able to find the issue. I was having so much pain and Dr. Fravel was able to get me in quickly the same day. They were so nice and knowledgeable with helping to identify what the issue was. Although no root canal or dental work was needed I would highly recommend the clinic because of their expertise and kindness.
