Today was my first root canal and I have lots of anxiety going to the dentist. The staff and everyone was awesome and told me what was going to happen every step of the way. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs this done to get it done here. Came home pain free and felt great. Thank you all and thanks Ben. Oh and the cold beer was amazing without the pain……. Thanks again to everyone….
Dr Fravel and the entire staff were amazing! The front desk staff and assistants are so friendly. I have terrible dental anxiety and they handled it perfectly. I’m difficult to numb but Dr Fravel got it done! Everything was explained to me before it happened so no surprises. My root canal went smoothly and I’m happy with the result.
I was first off very impressed by the state-of-the-art dental equipment and then by the professionalism of Benjamin Gravel, DDS, MS.I was explained the procedure, my options and what to expect. A most pleasant dental experience during which I felt absolutely no pain and no pain after the Novocain wore off. Very happy about the whole procedure.
My experience was absolutely phenomenal. I was treated so well and all my concerns were addressed. They even went the extra step and make sure all my health issues were supported during my root canal. I felt almost zero pain and it was done in a reasonable amount time. Also they got me an appointment within a week of calling them. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for further dental work. Crystal Erickson
Dr. Fravel did a wonderful job on my root canal! I couldn’t ask for anything more. He and his staff explained all the steps and why things were being done. The recovery time was very fast and as they described. I highly recommend him, IF I need another root canal he is where I will go.
