My mother moved out Sept 30th, its now Jan 2nd. I received a statement showing the deposit amount to be refunded. Still haven't received it after 5 calls and reaching out to the corporate office.

I like living in this small and quiet apartment complex. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and a sense of community. It's a nice escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The Staff there is wonderful

Lived there when it had a different name. Apartment itself was nice, but groups of people would be outside all the time- it was a constant block party, rocks were thrown at people's cars at night, and management wouldn't do anything about it. I didn't feel safe there.

73 days and counting of dealing with extremely noisy neighbors, who one of which was charged with a violent felony including assault and arson. Another physically assaulted another individual on my camera. I've had extreme stress and have been threatened with termination from my job, because these people have kept me up all night for 2.5 months now. They don't like to give you your deposit back and they don't like to clean their apartments when someone moves out when I moved into their apartments I had to clean it up myself even though I have them a list of everything that was wrong ,they didn't put it in my folder like they was supposed too.now when I move out the apartment was clean when they did the walk through now they telling me I owe them money .no I don't and you will not be getting it either.they be lie all the time .they can't be trusted..I also have witnesses... read more
