The management here is really nice and maintenance shows up pretty quick once you put in a request online. I've been here for years now without much to complain about, hard to ask for more when you're renting.
My mother moved out Sept 30th, its now Jan 2nd. I received a statement showing the deposit amount to be refunded. Still haven't received it after 5 calls and reaching out to the corporate office.
I like living in this small and quiet apartment complex. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and a sense of community. It's a nice escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The Staff there is wonderful
73 days and counting of dealing with extremely noisy neighbors, who one of which was charged with a violent felony including assault and arson. Another physically assaulted another individual on my camera. I've had extreme stress and have been threatened with termination from my job, because these people have kept me up all night for 2.5 months now.
