They're very nice there. They don't push anything on you and they are so sweet with our doggies. I do recommend them, absolutely, they are a good vet to take your dog too. I always feel my dogs are in good hands when I've dropped them off. Happy dog Lover!

They respected my choices and what I wanted to do for my dog. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were super friendly, educational and friendly and no pressure to do what I didn't want to do. The prices were reasonable.

I came in frantic. My other veterinarian always closes from 12 to 2 and they had not let me know where else I could go when they were closed. Rivers Edge, in Rock Hill, on Celriver Rd was awesome! My dog was treated with respect and care. I will be converting to their office shortly. We were placed in a comfort room in case she was contagious. It is beautiful and comfortable. I've had to have my pets euthanized(not this time) and was never offered such comfort.

I can honestly say I have never had such an amazing experience! Everyone at River's Edge Animal Hospital was kind, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. They treated us and our two dogs like family even though it was it was our first time there. For the first time in a very long time we felt like someone was actually listening to our concerns. If you're looking for a quality vet for your furry family member, give them a call.

When a pet has to be put down that has been seen at your facility with 108 pages of medical history do not ask for the number of your credit card for the procedure!!!! Very uncaring !!! Not one person has called to ask if there was anything I needed or to even say sorry for your loss will never go back and would never recommend them ever again!!!!

I'm not crazy about this veterinary office. The vet techs are absolutely fantastic however the front desk staff and Dr. Patone have terrible mannerisms and come off very condescending. A little too many mistakes at this office have caused me to look elsewhere for my pet. Very disappointed with this Hospital. All about taking in new clients because they are new. We called and told them our dog is not 100% and needed dental care and maybe a dental procedure since Banfield can't do any dental procedure. They told us to bring our pet in and they will take her in as a New Patient and check her. Nobody told us during this phone conversation that their dental equipment is not set up yet and they are not ready for any dental care and procedure.
