I cannot say enough good things about Riverbend Place here in Stanley, NC! First of all, the location is absolutely wonderful. It is tucked away in such a peaceful, pleasant area that truly feels like a quiet escape while still keeping you close to everything you need. Hello, I have been a resident here for three years and absolutely love this little community. I have made this place my home. Reason I am writing this is because I need to give a shout out to Ralph (our maintenance man) he is amazing and goes above and beyond for us, especially, myself after having a leak in my kitchen he took initiative to find the problem and repair it and made sure I had a dehumidifier until problem was resolved. No leasing office exists. The phone number is an endless loop. I lived there 2022-2023 and had major flooding issues in my kitchen for the 1st 8 months. There’s no way to get ahold of anybody other than an answering service in India that you can report to, but they can’t give you status updates, and if anyone from maintenance ever does come, they don’t call first—they just let themselves right in. My air had gone out on the hottest day so far this year. Our maintenance guy was here and had it fixed within 2 hours (only took that long because he had to get a part). Thanks Ralph!!
Very peaceful and quite place to live! Close to everything on Main St. I really enjoy walking through town and encountering friendly faces. The food truck options 😋 👌🏿 and usually within walking distance. Rent is high for the area if you ask me but I digress. Maintenence needs to be better. 3rd party service used for practically everything, so don't think you're going to call and talk to someone direct.
