I cannot say enough good things about Riverbend Place here in Stanley, NC! First of all, the location is absolutely wonderful. It is tucked away in such a peaceful, pleasant area that truly feels like a quiet escape while still keeping you close to everything you need. The leasing and management staff deserve a massive shoutout. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are well taken care of. No leasing office exists. The phone number is an endless loop. I lived there 2022-2023 and had major flooding issues in my kitchen for the 1st 8 months. There’s no way to get ahold of anybody other than an answering service in India that you can report to, but they can’t give you status updates, and if anyone from maintenance ever does come, they don’t call first—they just let themselves right in. Very peaceful and quite place to live! Close to everything on Main St. I really enjoy walking through town and encountering friendly faces. The food truck options 😋 👌🏿 and usually within walking distance. Rent is high for the area if you ask me but I digress. Maintenence needs to be better. 3rd party service used for practically everything, so don't think you're going to call and talk to someone direct. The worst ran apartment agency ever. Apartment was filthy upon move in. Virtually impossible to get a hold of any real person.
