Fantastic appointment. Wonderful experience and I am beyond happy. Dr. Tivoli’s assistant was very personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease. I believe her name was Emily. Dr. Tivoli was professional and solution driven and took care of my concerns and she listened. Super happy ! I also have to mention front desk attendants are friendly. Thank you so much & I will recommend to all my friends and family!!!!

I am a long time patient of Dr. Quang Le and he always provides top notch quality care! He listens to me and I trust his expertise and advice. He is genuinely caring and friendly with all of his patients. If you are looking for a sooner appointment, the office will put you on a wait list for regular text messages in case an appointment opens up. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Yvette Tivoli for my dermatological needs. She provided a thorough explanation of my treatment options and addressed all my concerns. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care made my experience exceptional.
I experienced a significantly long wait time — I had to wait for nearly an hour after my scheduled appointment before being seen. I was also disappointed to learn that I would not be seeing the doctor as expected, but instead a PA. The medical assistant and PA together spent no more than five minutes with me. The PA mentioned she would check something about my prescription and return shortly, but never came back; instead, the MA returned. Overall, it felt like a worthless visit.
