I was disappointed with my first visit with the dermatologist. I expected a more thorough and detailed skin examination, especially when screening for potentially precancerous lesions. Unfortunately, I felt the examination was very quick and rushed. After I got home, I realized there were additional lesions I had intended to point out and have evaluated, which made me question how thorough the examination had been. The whole staff is amazing very friendly and knowledgeable! Dr. Taivoli is a great doctor she’s very personable she takes her time going over your skin looking at it explaining what different things are and her assistants are just as knowledgeable and friendly and take great care of you! Always make me feel comfortable and understanding of all of my issues. Thank you and continue to be amazing Doctor and staff!
First visit at the clinic. I registered myself thru the app with all the personal and medical info, which was user friendly. Upon arrival it took probably 5 mins wait and from there on everything went smooth. Very well organized and very professional and friendly staff. The Dr Wong was very attentive to my concerns and showed a very high level of professionalism. Great experience . I definitely recommend this clinic for any dermatologist exams or check ups.
One of the few times I’ve felt so comfortable with a doctor. I absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Villafañe and her assistant. They were both wonderful, caring, and attentive. Highly recommend them! ❤️
The entire staff was professional and courteous. Dr Lee was caring ,thorough and explained all the details of my examination.. Would highly recommend the office.
