Everyone in this office, that I came in contact with, is amazing. The office staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Phi Van Le is a great dermatologist. She takes her time and is very kind. She addresses every little detail with so much patience. I recommend her to anyone I can. I love this practice!
Office staff is amazing, very friendly, very understanding. Plenty of parking, office is always clean. My medical assistant was fabulous, and of course, Dr. Tivoli is always a pleasure to see. She listens she’s kind, she’s understanding. Very thorough. She’s the kind of doctor. I always want to see because they really care about their patient. And a super friendly. I’m very impressed with her and her office.
It was a perfect visit. When patients including myself entered the lobby, the front end staff greeted us. This greeting should be the norm but unfortunately is rarely seen in medical offices. Their registration system was easy to follow the instructions. I then was brought back by a nurse and then seen and examined by PA Laura and then fully reexamined by Dr Phi-Van Le herself. Always a fast, easy and pleasant experience going to this office. Dr.Wong is absolutely amazing. She listens to, respects, doesn’t rush and genuinely cares about her patients. Her staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended them!
This was my first visit to Dr Le’s office, and I was pleasantly surprised. Her staff was very friendly and assisted with any questions which I had. Her assistant Karen even came out of the office and help an elderly woman who was upset and calmed her down. Dr Le explained everything in detail about all my dark spots, sun spots and skin tabs.
