Office staff is amazing, very friendly, very understanding. Plenty of parking, office is always clean. My medical assistant was fabulous, and of course, Dr. Tivoli is always a pleasure to see. She listens she’s kind, she’s understanding. Very thorough. She’s the kind of doctor. I always want to see because they really care about their patient. And a super friendly. I’m very impressed with her and her office.

It was a perfect visit. When patients including myself entered the lobby, the front end staff greeted us. This greeting should be the norm but unfortunately is rarely seen in medical offices. Their registration system was easy to follow the instructions. I then was brought back by a nurse and then seen and examined by PA Laura and then fully reexamined by Dr Phi-Van Le herself. This was my first visit to Dr Le’s office, and I was pleasantly surprised. Her staff was very friendly and assisted with any questions which I had. Her assistant Karen even came out of the office and help an elderly woman who was upset and calmed her down. Dr Le explained everything in detail about all my dark spots, sun spots and skin tabs. I located a small growth on my forehead. I contacted Riverchase Dermatology and was seen by Doctor Quang Le in less than 24 hours and the growth was removed. I am waiting for biopsy results just one day after my contact to their office. This office stands by the true meaning of Health First. Thank you Dr. Le

I’ve seen both Dr. Wong and Stephanie. Both were very kind and thorough. The young ladies Valerie and Taylor were patient enough to take their time to verify my insurance and find my authorization after back and forth with my pcp. Hard to find great offices like this!
