Fantastic appointment. Wonderful experience and I am beyond happy. Dr. Tivoli’s assistant was very personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease. I believe her name was Emily. Dr. Tivoli was professional and solution driven and took care of my concerns and she listened. Super happy ! I also have to mention front desk attendants are friendly. Thank you so much & I will recommend to all my friends and family!!!!
I had a great experience at Riverchase. I saw Laura, the PA, and was extremely satisfied with my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point while still taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The office itself was very clean, the wait time was short, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I would definitely recommend this practice.
This was my first time at Riverchase Dermatology! Both the staff and Drs assistant were very nice, cheerfully addressing me. My wait time was very minimal to be seen and the Dr was very courteous, answering all of my questions not rushing me through them. The exam was very good, explaining as she examined me the different spot on my body and recommending the proper procedure to address them. I would not hesitate to go back again
I usually visit Riverchase at the Memorial location but went to the Weston office today just for a yearly checkup. Yes, there’s a wait, there’s always a wait, so for those complaining about that, why don’t you call the practice beforehand to see how the schedule is running? As for me, I’m ok with a 15 -20 minute wait, because once you’re in a room, you’re taken care of right away. PA’s are friendly, and the office staff as well. Dr. Snyder is great. I could not find a nicer doctor Dr. Gutierrez and the staff is totally super sweet amazing nice not enough things I can say about them. They will help you and answer your questions in anyway and my legs are looking so good thanks to the doctor. Let me tell you something I want years ago to get my veins taken care of and it was a mess and painful. He is amazing , You will need to go to him and see you’ll have nice looking leg
