From the time I walked in to the time I walked out I felt as if I was their only patient and the care I received was nothing but the best! Very easy to schedule an appointment. Love that they are located so close to my home, basically right at the end of my driveway! The medical assistance and NP both explained everything as they were doing it Ina way in which I could understand. I have been a patient at Riverchase for 6 years now. A few years go Dr B. retired and was placed with an ARPN. I am a RN so please don't take this as a knock on APRN's but I feel more comfortable dealing with a MD for my Dermo needs. On July 8th I had an appointment for a 6 month check up and was seen by the new MD Dr. Alejandro Rabionet. I was very happy to see Riverchase now had an MD on staff. I had my first appointment with Elizabeth Keen-Burns for a full body check. I had an amazing experience here. Everyone from Tracey at the front desk to Bettina to Elizabeth was caring, professional and competent. I highly recommend this practice.
I had a good experience overall], and I appreciated the care and expertise. The office was friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable. The only thing I’d note is that I felt the two appointments were a bit rushed, Otherwise, everything was great and I appreciate the help!
My experience at Riverchase dermatology was quite helpful. Elizabeth Leen- Burns dermatology certified nurse practitioner was very kind with fantastic bedside manners.
