Fiona and all staff at Estero office from check in to check out were especially authentic and friendly! They went out of their way to make me comfortable as a new patient, and help with further appointments.
My experience with both offices Bonita and Estero has been a wonderful experience. The Entire staff are very informative and professional!The Dr's are compassionate and very caring and Listen to your dermatology issues and concerns. Riverchase Dermatology practice is an Invaluable asset to the community and I absolutely recommend investing in your skin issues/care for excellent treatment!
Extremely upset! I did research on a certain type of doctor to see and when doing the research, this doctor has implied that they specialize in the situation I was going for. I went to the estero office to see Dr Michelle and she was almost an hour late seeing me and then only spent 5 to 10 minutes with me and every question I asked about the medication she replied with "um I think that should be okay". Awesome experience as a first time patient! It’s been a few weeks so I can’t recall who the person that worked with me at first was but she was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Gehris was amazing and took the time to listen to the issue I was having and even offered to take a sample to check if a rash I had was a fungus or not because she couldn’t tell. I was a new patient at Riverchase and saw Michelle Hampton, PA. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. She came into the room seeming uninterested and made the appointment feel awkward. I felt rushed and didn’t have the opportunity to fully discuss my concerns. She didn’t even spend 10 minutes with me….I will not be returning nor do I recommend her.
