Staff was great! Visit was great! Office is clean and tidy. Visit was Way more affordable than I thought it would be a s a self pay patient with no insurance. Michelle is just awesome, listens and engages with you to help you figure out exactly what it s going on. The woman that brought me back and did my intake was amazing as well. The two ladies at the front desk are a trip and very personable. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!
I was able to get a same day appt as a first time patient in the Estero office. Dr. Michelle was amazing, she took my concerns seriously, answered all of my questions and then some. The entire office staff was lovely and professional. I was thrilled with my experience.
My experience coming in as a patient was amazing, very cleaned office, front desk receptionist was super friendly and explained everything since I was a new patient. The M.A was also friendly and started the procedure so that the Dr was ready. Dr is very knowledgeable and listens and explained everything to me. Check out receptionist was also very kind and helpful on my way out. 5/5 recommendation!
I was extremely happy and satisfied with everything from the wonderful girl at the front desk being so friendly and the assistance that came in to initially interview me and Michelle Hampton was wonderful she actually listened to me and let me get it all out so to speak! She was very understanding very thorough and knew exactly what was wrong with me.
My experience with both offices Bonita and Estero has been a wonderful experience. The Entire staff are very informative and professional!The Dr's are compassionate and very caring and Listen to your dermatology issues and concerns. Riverchase Dermatology practice is an Invaluable asset to the community and I absolutely recommend investing in your skin issues/care for excellent treatment!
