Staff was nice and nurse was helpful - even said I didn't need to have the procedure. Should have walked out then and saved myself a lot of issues....Specifically asked what the cost would be - no more no less. I went ahead with having the margins cleared (hmmm not sure why it wasn't done correctly the first time) expecting only the copay charge. Again, I doubled checked when I arrived for the procedure and they told me that was all it would cost. Well guess what, I received another bill for more money. Too bad the Surprise ... read more
They just cancelled my 4th appointment for surgery. Cancelled at 9 am for a 9:45 appointment.
I am writing a review on Crystal that works for Riverchase Dermatology in Cape Coral on del Prado boulevard. She does photo therapy there. I have been a patient since 2013 at riverchase dermatology. I have gone to different offices from Naples to Bonita springs to Cape Coral. I have never had a problem with any employee in my seven years of being a patient at Riverchase dermatology.
