I had a spot on my lip for 6 months and Riverchase Dermatology was able to schedule me the first time I called. I was able to see Shanna the next day. I am very pleased with their service.

My family and I have been going to Riverchase Dermatology for 18 years now. We have always received excellent service. The entire staff is friendly and caring, yet very professional. Shanna is outstanding. She is caring, concern, and extremely helpful. My daughter became a PA because Shanna inspired her.. if I could give ten stars I would gladly do so. I highly recommend Riverchase Dermatology. If you are looking for a dermatologist, they are the absolute best.

Stay away from them. The problem not in doctors professionalism, not at all. They doing their job perfectly, but the troubles begin after. I had a small cosmetic procedure. When I received an invoice, I was shocked by amount of money I have to pay. The insurance company did it job well, I had to pay according my policy, but the initial amount was enormous. Moreover, no body in Riverside told me before the procedure how much it would cost, so I had no idea how much I would pay out of pocket. It looks like fraud. If you do not... read more
