The entire staff was friendly and professional. My first experience with a dermatologist was a breeze. Kristin and her staff, explained the issues and treatment plan very well. Excellent experience.
Was greeted with prompt and professional staff. Overdue for an annual and Kristin was able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. She was very gentle and made facial cryosurgery a breeze. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends for their needs.
Riverchase is the best! Kristin Yunis is very professional and knows what she's doing. I have had several small skin cancers removed by her had minimal scaring and no problems. Highly recommend her and Ruverchase.
Kristen and her whole staff are awesome. I had a lot of health issues going on and also had to have 2 skin cancers removed. Kristen removed the first one but they couldn't get me on for the second one for a month. When I went back in 2 weeks for stitches removal I asked them to please put me on the cancellation list so I could try to get the second one done sooner. They called me later that day to say they could get me in at 4. They actually stayed late to accommodate me. Plus Kristen does an awesome job. Love these ladies.
not very happy the way I wasnot told the truth about my scripts when I told the pa sarah Burkhart that I am allowed 3 tubes for 90 days w 3 refills with both scripts..I was told by the worker that it was done the way I had said to her and sarah burkart the pa.. my 1st time dealing with this place was years ago I had gone to Dr Davidson..she is a sweetheart..very professional and great at what she does..for some reason the worker who gave me my appointment had me go to the pa..I will make sure I go to Dr Davidson who I know ... read more
This practice is the most incompetent and inept I have ever seen. I had 2 appointments cancelled at the last minute, the second one while driving to it. If you plan to use this practice Good Luck. It would be three months before I got in, maybe.
