Dr. Tivole and all the staff were great. They were efficient, courteous, and professional. (Good at their job). The only issue that I have is with Riverchase communication center. Way to many text "reminders" about my appointments. Please, a couple is enough. Thanks
My appointment was at 4:00. I was called I to the room at 4:05. The nurse asked all of her questions and left me to get ready. About two minutes later, Dr. Tivoli came in and did my check up. I was out of there by 4:25. I am impressed! Also, the nurse, whose name I sadly did not catch, was very sweet and friendly!
Felt very confident in the examine and in the doctor. She was really very nice and put me right at ease. The office staff is great and quick which I appreciate. Thank you
The only problem I see is the wait time. Your appointment hour arrives and passes like it was just a time for you to arrive. But the dr. Is very nice and the asistant was very nice as well. The treatment they gave to my daughter is working so in the end that is what counts.
My kids and I been going to Riverside Dermatology for many years. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Phi-Van Le is gentle and has the sweetest personality. I highly recommend this practice. Wonderful!
