I had a great experience at Riverchase. I saw Laura, the PA, and was extremely satisfied with my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point while still taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The office itself was very clean, the wait time was short, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I would definitely recommend this practice.
This was my first time at Riverchase Dermatology! Both the staff and Drs assistant were very nice, cheerfully addressing me. My wait time was very minimal to be seen and the Dr was very courteous, answering all of my questions not rushing me through them. The exam was very good, explaining as she examined me the different spot on my body and recommending the proper procedure to address them. I would not hesitate to go back again
Fantastic appointment. Wonderful experience and I am beyond happy. Dr. Tivoli’s assistant was very personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease. I believe her name was Emily. Dr. Tivoli was professional and solution driven and took care of my concerns and she listened. Super happy ! I also have to mention front desk attendants are friendly. Thank you so much & I will recommend to all my friends and family!!!!
Dr. Quang Le and Dr. Phi Van Le are both incredibly talented and very detail oriented Dermatologists. I always feel they address any and all concerns I have with my skin. Having lost a family member to Melanoma skin cancer means I have to be very diligent, Riverchase Dermatology is professional and efficient while also being kind and compassionate. The front desk and nursing staff are so thorough. They’re also a joy to deal with. I will recommend this practice over and over to family and friends!
I usually visit Riverchase at the Memorial location but went to the Weston office today just for a yearly checkup. Yes, there’s a wait, there’s always a wait, so for those complaining about that, why don’t you call the practice beforehand to see how the schedule is running? As for me, I’m ok with a 15 -20 minute wait, because once you’re in a room, you’re taken care of right away. PA’s are friendly, and the office staff as well. Dr. Snyder is great.
