I had a great experience at Riverchase. I saw Laura, the PA, and was extremely satisfied with my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point while still taking the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The office itself was very clean, the wait time was short, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I would definitely recommend this practice.
Fantastic appointment. Wonderful experience and I am beyond happy. Dr. Tivoli’s assistant was very personable and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease. I believe her name was Emily. Dr. Tivoli was professional and solution driven and took care of my concerns and she listened. Super happy ! I also have to mention front desk attendants are friendly. Thank you so much & I will recommend to all my friends and family!!!!
Dr. Quang Le and Dr. Phi Van Le are both incredibly talented and very detail oriented Dermatologists. I always feel they address any and all concerns I have with my skin. Having lost a family member to Melanoma skin cancer means I have to be very diligent, Riverchase Dermatology is professional and efficient while also being kind and compassionate. The front desk and nursing staff are so thorough. They’re also a joy to deal with. I will recommend this practice over and over to family and friends!
I usually visit Riverchase at the Memorial location but went to the Weston office today just for a yearly checkup. Yes, there’s a wait, there’s always a wait, so for those complaining about that, why don’t you call the practice beforehand to see how the schedule is running? As for me, I’m ok with a 15 -20 minute wait, because once you’re in a room, you’re taken care of right away. PA’s are friendly, and the office staff as well. Dr. Snyder is great. Dr. Le was very thorough and took her time to answer questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
