I am a long time patient of Dr. Quang Le and he always provides top notch quality care! He listens to me and I trust his expertise and advice. He is genuinely caring and friendly with all of his patients. If you are looking for a sooner appointment, the office will put you on a wait list for regular text messages in case an appointment opens up. Staff is courteous, office is clean and welcoming. I've seen the same dermatologist for years, and she's reduced her hours. I accepted an appointment for mid June and asked to be notified if I could get something sooner. I was texted an opening and accepted it. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and particularly Dr. Robert Snyder, Karina and Mia, Karen and, last but not least, Dianne. Dr. Snyder is the best dermatologist I’ve ever met. He’s a wonderful, knowledgeable and kind professional who genuinely cares for his patients and spends more than “a minute or two” when he sees them. The care was excellent from the moment we walked in and were greeted by the receptionist to the end of the visit. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The physician was so kind, compassionate, thorough and professional. Everyone was so helpful. My only complaint was the wait time when I got in the room until I saw the doctor. It was a 55 minute wait. I will go back again but will bring a book to occupy my time while I wait.
