I have spent a year under the management of Riverdale Estates and throughout that year Nicole and the team were extremely diligent and helpful. Everything i requested was executed swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend tenants and landlords alike to Riverdale.
Very disappointed with them, was first time rental, when moved into property wasn't cleaned that great at all, and garden needed turfing, was told would get done assap! 3 months later garden was not done! Decided to end tenancy early! Got charged for stuff that was broken when we already moved in! And anything they could charge us for they did. At stupid costs! We left the property in much better condition than we moved in! And still lost most of our deposit. Would not recommend at all, as all they are after is your money!
