Riverside surgical center is a joke, the business office and billing office personnel are out of touch. Tiffany in the billing office should be fired, she talks in circles. I have called there twice a week since May to straighten out a bill and they could not help me. They constantly hung up on me to avoid confrontation. Now I am going to consult my attorney who is knowledgeable in Medicare so now they can deal with her.
