Whoever renovated, this, property did a very poor job of it. Apartments are not insulated, and wiring & plumbing were not correctly installed. I would never let any relative rent a space there.
Most of these reviews are not even residents. Do not move here if you expect it is a smoke free facility. Structural problems so bad they couldn't even rent the unit after my mom moved out. Terrible!
Please update your information on your application fees and let people know that the application fee is nonrefundable. It is now 48 dollars per adult.
We're do I start roof leaks basement leaks heat bills 5 to 600.00 dollars for loft apt. Never anybody to deal with problems around won't call u back ripe off
The transformation of this place is amazing! Apartment are nice and spacious, has a fitness room for tenants too! Lots of amenities for the tenants like golf carts ect
