As far as management and maintenance, Denise is wonderful. She is just so calming to speak with about any concerns. Maintenance is quick to answer calls with issues that come up. They work tirelessly and deserve appreciation. Rent is pretty steep, but I believe to revitalize this property, after years of lack of care, it's necessary. I do wish a shed could be included in the rent, though. It would be nice to have a place to store outdoor equipment.
Will update review if things change... My partner and I applied to move in here and we can't get ahold of anyone for WEEKS. I fully understand and empathize with Denise that she is the only office staff on sight, but this is just beyond ridiculous. I have taken the steps that I was directed by Denise in order to get approved. Now that I have done everything that I was supposed to, I have received no correspondence in literal WEEKS. A nice clean trailer park.But lots of families live in there and a lot of kit's a nice place
I love everything but my yard is very bald and a mess.... my siding where the back bedroom is, needs power washed its green.... same with a few spots on my skirting... but other than those few things I love my home it's nice and everything else is pretty alright.
We have several clients who live in Riverside Village. Denise is great to deal with, she goes above and beyond to assist us.
