I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment I walked in, every single person treated me with such genuine kindness and understanding. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, calm, and cared for. The actual dentists are very good. My problem is with the other staff. I went in because I was having tooth pain. I allowed them to do 2 x rays of just the tooth bothering me. The dentist came in and did some tests explained I need a cavity and was very thorough. Right after dentist walks out the assistant asks if I also want to schedule a filling for a completely different tooth and the dentist didn’t say a word about. I declined. Riverstone Dental in Post Falls was a great experience. Angelea was my dental hygienist and was awesome! She was very professional, gentle and always made sure I was not uncomfortable. I will have Angelea as my hygienist for ever if possible. The office staff is also very nice. I don’t remember the dentist who I saw very briefly, but he was also very personable. I highly recommend Riverstone Dental.
Hi! I had Amber as my hygienist today, the last 2 times i’ve been in i feel like i haven’t gotten a genuinely good cleaning with the hygienists… but today with Amber was so different!! not only did she do an amazing job cleaning but she was also very kind and caring! it’s safe to say i have requested to see her every time!
Everyone was super nice ! I'm extremely scared of dentists but they made this visit very pleasant. The dental assistant was so sweet! The dental hygienist explained everything so well and I didn't feel pressured to commit to anything. The dentist was very personable and kind, definitely eased my mind with the future appointments I will be having. Highly recommend!
