I have always appreciated the help and understanding of the employees at the Post Falls office. Rescheduling appointments when needed with kindness. Had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by Jessica "Jess," today! She is my husband's favorite hygienist. I found out why!! 😁 Personality plus with skilled, gentle hands. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but everyone here is so nice. I had to get two fillings yesterday and Dr. Major is always kind and accommodating, Amanda the assistant was really personable and fun to talk to, and the front desk ladies are always great too. Very happy with this office!
My son had a chipped tooth. I called at 7 am. They made him a 7:40 appointment. We got there early. We were done by 7:45 am. My son's tooth was fixed and he was even on time for school. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our day easier.
Such a great experience. Absolutely zero discomfort getting my teeth cleaned, even though I have some gum sensitivity. I think one of the best things about Riverstone Dental is that there is constant communication. They tell you exactly what they're going to do and what to expect all along the way. There are no surprises and it's just very comforting. My previous dental office said absolutely nothing during an over one hour crown procedure and a 1.5 hour implant process. After 6 years of not being able to chew on my left side and 6 dentists trying unsuccessfully to fix it, I finally found a dentist that fixed my tooth! I’ve had such great experiences with Riverstone the last couple years with various dental procedures. They are gentle, thorough and explain things very well, they make sure I’m comfortable and they don’t rush. My family has seen various drs there and we have been impressed by all of them.
