Amazing experience! The moment you walk in you are greeted by Anne, always friendly and professional! Miranda is the epitome of efficiency with a personal touch, so sweet, takes her time to explain process. Sean is always thorough and does everything with a sense of humour and personal approach. I truly cannot say a bad thing, best experience ever! This from a girl that never liked going to the dental office! Until now.
My recent experience was very positive. All my interactions from Ann at reception to the hygienist and Dr. Adamo were personal yet professional. They are very caring and very competent at what they do. The hygienist explained everything she was doing during the cleaning of my teeth. Rivertowne Dental is truly the very best. Anne at reception knows every single client who comes through the door personally and is sure to ask how their family is doing. It’s amazing. Cassidy was my dental hygienist and she was amazing. She took her time to explain everything and listened to my concerns. Dr.Sean is the absolute best. He was clear, understanding and made me feel like we were in it together. He set me up with a Periodontist but said he would be there every step with me.
