RecommendedA good place to reside as a Senior, with easy access to everything, however; I, personally the lawn service treatment would return like it was before.
I love this place sooo peaceful and great neighbors
So far so good ! We have been here 3 months, really haven't been out to much other then taking the pups out. My mom and I live together and we love to do fun things, we each have a small dog and they love being out side......and they love to meet new people, 1 loves other animals but 1 she ok but would rather just be with me !!! So we hope to start meeting new people as the weather starts getting nicer !!

Lot rent has been raised multiple time over the year for maintenance, HIDDEN COST is what they call it, but they cut out true geen, we have constant water problems, they insist you maintain things that are on their property ( that we pay lot rent for), you cannot park anywhere without them threatening to tow your car... we pay money to live here, alot of money, I would never recommend anyone living here, especially older people on a fixed income.
