Awesome company
Read other review sections the make new ones once the star rating drops. The place is full of mice and roaches as well as common drug overdoses. It floods very bad cause it's in a flood plain so get used to walking in water. Beth the manager is a drug addict and a awful liar. When she gets feind out the park pays. She will slap 24hr gass cut notices or charge for bent cheap blinds. They lady will get her drugs one way or another. Get used to the rent going up she raises it about 2x a year
Floods, mice in all trailers, roaches in old trailers, water turns off often without notice, horrible gas and water line maintenance, Beth is a constant liar so get anything she says in writing or she will claim she never said it. Get used to walking in water to your car and hearing mice in the appliances all night very embarrassing place to live disgusting really
