I absolutely love my provider Bea Smith, and I love the entire organization! Dr. Gupta runs a wonderful, tight ship, and being in the industry, I have great appreciation for that! I am blessed to be under their care, and in fact my mom and husband are as well! N.P. Kim was also very THANK YOU!!!
Dr. Gupta spoke to me with shocking disrespect. He interrupted me while telling him my health concerns. He raised his hand to stop me from speaking. He did not perform the routine physical and tried to schedule another appointment a week later so he could bill me twice. The girl they were training is the most disgustingly unprofessional and vile disrespectful person. I'm not going to repeat the garbage that came out of her mouth. Had my first visit at Riverwood yesterday. Everyone was kind and helpful. Saw Bea Smith...what an asset she is to this group! I've been under Bea's care for almost 17 years and she's tops in my book. Thank you for a great first visit.
Horrible experience. Went here for a referral to a urologist, and they tried to refer me not once but twice to a medical professional who they knew did not take my current insurance, even after I PROVIDED the list of urologist offices which did take my current insurance. Ms. Hernandez at the front desk did not even bother to look at the information I provided and simply tried to throw me to the wolves to pay for everything out of pocket. Nice job.
