Just picked up a pair of asics today. Keshawn helped me out. I went through the fitting process to make sure I got the right shoe as I have some back pain. Let me tell you, the whole process was awesome! I did a few things to figure out what I needed and came up with 4 shoes that were recommended and he even recommended one himself. Had the best experience at Road Runner Sports! Matt was seriously awesome — super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. He helped me weigh my options, explained all the different shoe specs, and even got me fitted for custom insoles. I got to test everything out on the treadmill, which was so cool! I never felt pushed to buy or upsold, just really supported the whole time. Honestly had so much fun and left totally stoked with my new running shoes. Can’t wait to go back for my trail runners!
The service is great and everyone is very friendly. Matthew was excellent and helped me with the purchase of my daughter’s athletic shoes. Second time in for a pair of athletic shoes this time for myself. I thought I knew what shoe I wanted but after doing the fit finder, it wasn’t the best shoes for my foot.
