Paisley did a great job helping me find my perfect pair of shoes a couple months ago. The process for finding these shoes was awesome. They scanned the width of my foot and compared its symmetry and showed how I really didn’t have wide feet and then did a walking analysis based on my Achilles throughout every stride. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes, and walked out with all the fuel a girl could ask for. I have been to many Road Runner Sports all over, from San Diego, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Phoenix, all the way up to Walnut Creek, Ca, and Temecula is my favorite. RRS did a great job with the hiring of this team. Matt is by far my favorite associate. I appreciate his knowledge and willingness to help. 20/10 recommend this location
My experience at the new Temecula location was wonderful. Michelle greeted me as soon as I walked in and took me right to the shoes I was looking for. She showed me the 3 available colors choices that were on display. I selected black and told her my size. When she came back she was carrying 2 boxes. She said they had another color choice in the back that for some reason wasn’t on display and she had determined, from the look of my current shoes, that I might prefer this other color choice over the plan black shoes. Aaron helped me find the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. He walked me through the whole process of finding what my concerns were and was patient while I tried on several different shows in different brands and widths.
