I can’t say enough good things about my experience shopping at this store. I first went to Dicks Sporting Goods to buy shoes but had no idea what shoes I needed for my feet and the way I run/walk. No one at Dicks could tell me anything about the differences of shoes or what I should be looking at. On the advice of my doctor, I stopped by Road Runner (Temecula) to inquire about shoes which provide better support for my feet, legs, and hips. Before deciding on shoes, went through a comprehensive test to figure out what was going to be the best fit. Found shoes that I liked, signed up for the rewards program, and looking forward to doing more business with Road Runner.
My aunt wanted a new pair of tennis shoes, and as a runner, I told her we needed to visit a place that can get her feet scanned to ensure she has the right size. Road Runner Sports not only took the time to scan her feet, but explained in detail what that scan meant, and worked with her in finding the perfect shoe. They didn't have the size and color of the shoe she wanted, so she didn't walk out with a pair of shoes, but they called her a few days later when the shoe did come in stock.
