Robby was great, very thorough and on top of things. The appraiser was a very different story though. She created a lot of issues that slowed down our loan needlessly. So I would recommend Robby for sure, but definitely not the appraiser.

I first worked with Robby Osborne in 2008 when we got the first mortgage on our house. In those tumultuous times, he got us in our first home. I have worked with him on subsequent occasions chasing better rates and getting funds for upgrades/remodeling. Such was the case with this mortgage. Robby has always been a very easy person with which to work, answering any questions, and letting me know where we stood in the process. I really appreciate his help over these last 17 years.
