Professional, friendly, direct
Called in, explained pain/pressure that had developed up and around my front teeth. There was enough pain that I had not slept very well the night before. Without hesitation, I was told they could work me in as soon as I could get there. They wanted to help any way they could and if treatment was needed they wanted to get me started. I went, within minutes had x-rays taken, a few more minutes diagnosed abscess on my number 8. Full explanation of what needed to be done, prescriptions written and appointment made for root canal were made. Outstanding personnel and support staff, and Dr. Scheele is very thorough and caring. I have had a lot of work done on my teeth by several dentists, etc. Dr. Scheele gave me my "perfect smile", several years ago, and helped me through other previous injury related dental issues. Also, thankful for Melanie, she pushed me to get in and have my problem thoroughly checked out. The Scheele staff is first class, beginning to the end.

As always Dr. Scheele and his staff are friendly, professional, and punctual!
Dr. Scheele's hygienists are the best I've ever seen. They are very gentle and attentive and flexible depending on what you need. Dr. Scheele and his staff do awesome work if you need fillings or procedures. They are always organized and on time (or early!) in getting you in for your appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Scheele's office for kids and adults! We've been seeing them for years and are very satisfied customers!

Highly Recommended
As a new patient about 2 years ago, my expectations were pretty high as my mom is the only person who has cleaned my teeth for years! Dr. Scheele's office has met and surpassed those expectations. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have been helpful addressing insurance questions/concerns when needed. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for appointments; sometimes they even run ahead of schedule. My dental hygienist, Barb, is amazing. She is gentle and thorough. I feel that they are honest with their professional opinions/recommendations and do what is best for the patient.

Staff is friendly and polite. Staff looks for ways to better my teeth and preventing decays and any other problems.
