Excellent rapport with kids. Thorough, kind, compassionate. Takes the time to talk to parents.
First let me say other doctors in this group are terrific! This particular Dr does not put patient first. Does not listen or ask qualifying questions. Tremendous attitude. Didn’t seem to care at all. Difficult to believe he is a doctor, let alone a Pediatrician who is supposed to care for children’s health. My child will never see this doctor again.
I never leave reviews, but the experience with Dr. Felix was negative enough that I actually felt compelled to share it. Our son developed a high bilirubin count when he was born. While something like this is common, it should also be monitored closely. We lost a day at the hospital when Dr. Felix didn't show up until 10:30pm only to say the bili count had increased. He never recommended the photlights, and then told us to visit CMG in Hyde Park the following day after discharge. When we arrived they sent us back to hospital... read more
