My appointment was at 1130 but when they called to confirm they told me 11. I got there at 11 and didn’t get called back until noon. I didn’t get done with my exam until 1250. Then I had to wait to get a copy of my prescription. It took so long I had to skip picking glasses. Luckily the girl that started my exam was really friendly so that was nice. I have been going here for many years. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, explains everything well, the office is very clean and I love Dr. Reeve. Hes retiring this year (sad but happy for him) and Dr. Hastings is coming in. I look forward to continued professional exceptional care.
The staff are very efficient and helpful and always are working with me if I need a schedule change. The doctor is very thorough and goes out of his way as when I asked him about a found dogs damaged eyes, he took a few minutes to go over the info And make suggestions about what to do with his eyes. That’s going the extra mile!
In and out in hour and a half. Pretty good for first eye exam in 35 years. Staff was very helpful. We'll see how the prescription works out but w everything felt very positive.
Sinc visiting Reeve Woods eye center I've had nothing but a great experience. I have my distance vision back to what it was when I was a kid. I'm ever so grateful to the folks at the eye center.
