I have been going here for many years. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, explains everything well, the office is very clean and I love Dr. Reeve. Hes retiring this year (sad but happy for him) and Dr. Hastings is coming in. I look forward to continued professional exceptional care.
Very friendly staff, from my first contact to the completion of my visit. They made me feel comfortable, and supplied me a snack to hold me over, when my first appointment was taking longer than I expected.
My appointment was at 1130 but when they called to confirm they told me 11. I got there at 11 and didn’t get called back until noon. I didn’t get done with my exam until 1250. Then I had to wait to get a copy of my prescription. It took so long I had to skip picking glasses. Luckily the girl that started my exam was really friendly so that was nice. The staff are very efficient and helpful and always are working with me if I need a schedule change. The doctor is very thorough and goes out of his way as when I asked him about a found dogs damaged eyes, he took a few minutes to go over the info And make suggestions about what to do with his eyes. That’s going the extra mile!
Doctor Reeve is absolutely wonderful! I love him and his great care♥️ Year after year he gives me a great exam and is so pleasant! Thank you for always being so kind towards me. It also was an honor working with you many years ago at the Paradise Sonntag Reeve Eye Center. I hold you in the highest regard!!
