I've only been seeing Dr Ussai for a couple of months, but I have been with similar Dr's for years. Dr. Ussai is by far the most patient, empathetic, and accessible Dr I have worked with. Our appointments are great, never rushed, and all my questions and concerns are always addressed. He's also very respectful of my desire to receive the maximum impact with the fewest med's as possible. Rob is an excellent provider who is open-minded, relatable, a great listener, and extremely knowledgeable about medications. He explains things in a way that's easy for me to understand, and doesn't rush through appointments. He's never pushed medications on me and always wants to know what my opinion is regarding how well the medications are working. I'm doing much better now than when I first started seeing him. I wish all NPs/doctors were like this!

I was nervous to actually speak to someone about my issues and he was absolutely wonderful,insightful, and understanding. I honestly can't say enough good things about my first visit. He educated me on the medications and pros and cons and why it would or wouldn't work for me. I felt comfortable and at ease. Great experience.
