Dr. Ussai is absolutely amazing! He’s very intelligent, easy to talk to, very professional and knows his craft. I’ve been with him over a year, and he makes me feel like I’ve known him my entire life. And that is exactly what I need in a councilor. It is without hesitation that I recommend Dr. Ussai as a counselor.

Nothing but great experiences. I’m listened to and heard. I have never felt rushed. Rob carefully goes over the prior visit notes so that each issue we discussed before is addressed as to improvement or lack thereof. By far, the most positive experience by a mental health provider I have ever had.

I was nervous to actually speak to someone about my issues and he was absolutely wonderful,insightful, and understanding. I honestly can't say enough good things about my first visit. He educated me on the medications and pros and cons and why it would or wouldn't work for me. I felt comfortable and at ease. Great experience.

I had a very good conference with Robert, and I respect his recommendations and always feel better after I have talked with him!! He allows me to see the issues I have and he helps me with my medication!! He listens and lets me talk and then he helps me to see what I can do to make things better!
