I really like Rob. He's been my psychiatrist for years - but it's hard to know what to call him because he's a psychiatric nurse practioner. I've gone to him for at least 8 years. I give Rob a 5. But I don't give the Lifestance online system a high rating at all. It's been almost impossible to contact anyone in billing. Prior to every appointment I have to fill out the same online forms. Rob Ussai is a phenomenal person and provider!!! I highly recommend him if you are suffering any mental health issues. Rob listens to all of your concerns, does not rush you and is extremely knowledgeable about medications. Thank you Rob for all that you do for me, I couldn't go through this without you!!!

Rob is very kind, knowledgeable, respectful, truly compassionate and highly professional Nurse Practitioner. I have been a client for over 3 years and wished I had found him sooner. He cares and takes his time and throughly listens to you and your concerns and problems. I highly recommend Robert Ussai to anyone struggling with mental illness.

I have never met a more thorough and compassionate psych doctor/nurse practitioner. He takes the time to truly listen and address every individual issue. Highly recommend Rob Ussai!
