This is in regards to my Father. He was a resident at Wesley Garden's and when they flooded he was admitted to Creekview Nursing & Rehabilitation center on 12/19/19. The following are actual events that have occurred: January 3rd - He asked a male nurse if he could get cleaned up. The male nurse did two sniffs and said “you smell clean enough.” January 4h - He called an ambulance because he was 4 hours overdue for his Lyrica medication.
