No power available to plug in appliances/power tools etc. We have 24 hour access, facility is fenced and under surveillance. Our facility is paved and is plowed and salted in the winter time. Giving this place 2 stars as the pricing is affordable for the area. Unfortunately there is a lot of miscommunication with the facility. I was told that rent is assessed on the first of each month (okay great) I was then told if I move out of the unit before the first of the month, I would avoid rent for the following month. Furthermore I was told that in the event I am unable to move by the first, the rent would be returned on a pro rated basis. I vacated the storage unit on May 6th when my new residence was available.
