They are always so compassionate and clearly care about my animals but they are also understanding of financial constraints. They don't offer payment plans or anything but they do their best not to go crazy with stuff without discussing the cost which I really appreciate. Every doctor and tech is so kind and makes me feel like they are doing all they can to help my pets live full and happy lives.
I brought my dog in that was having some serious issues. They took him in on short notice and took it very seriously. Got him checked out and x rayed within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my dog had to be put down (heart tumor), but they made it happen quickly, and did not allow him to suffer. Overall, I paid much less than I would compared to the emergency vet clinics. The most caring and skilled set of doctors I've ever met. After spending literally thousands at another vet, I accidentally happened upon them because my vet at the time sent me there for imaging (their machine wasnt working). Even though we were only there for imaging, Dr. Natalie Allen thought she knew what was going on, did some testing of her own, and diagnosed my dog same day. We saw Dr Ramm for many years and he was hands down the best Vet I have ever had. House visits for established patients, always available for questions. Very knowledgeable and kind towards our animals and us. If we could have taken him to Florida with when we moved, Florida would be a better place. We miss having him as our vet so much.
Happy with our experiences when in the clinic, everyone is friendly, helpful, and never pushy! But I have never once had them answer the phone when I was calling to schedule something. They do call back but a bit frustrating to have to wait for a call back every single time.
