Trace did an incredible job! We had four fans we needed replaced and he came in looked at the fans, provided a quote, and inspection. We decided to move forward same day, and he had the fans in no time. He was kind, fast, and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using them for all Electrical & HVAC services.

Jeremy was very professional and courteous. After hour repair during summer. Explained everything very well. ALTHOUGH Charged me $251 for a $50 part! I understand making a profit but that is way too much money. I was already paying $259 for a 10:00 p.m. service charge. Update: Yes I acknowledged it was after hours repair. That was my choice and I did not complain about that. I know the price of the service fee before going into it. I complained about the price of the part. Chris and Rockwall Electric helped us out of a dire situation with another contractor gone wrong scenario on our home remodel. He even helped in documenting what was wrong from the previous contractor and re-installed everything to code. I highly recommend this group. They provide great customer service which is hard to find these days.
