Trace and his brother were great. Had a chandelier that was from Istanbul that needed to be treated with care and they were excellent. Thx for the help.
Trace did an incredible job! We had four fans we needed replaced and he came in looked at the fans, provided a quote, and inspection. We decided to move forward same day, and he had the fans in no time. He was kind, fast, and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using them for all Electrical & HVAC services.
Jeremy was very professional and courteous. After hour repair during summer. Explained everything very well. ALTHOUGH Charged me $251 for a $50 part! I understand making a profit but that is way too much money. I was already paying $259 for a 10:00 p.m. service charge. Update: Yes I acknowledged it was after hours repair. Rockwall Electric Heating and Air did an outstanding job upgrading our electrical system. We had two panels completely replaced. One was relocated from the inside of our house to the outside. The second was in our detached garage, and was wired to accommodate our Tesla charger. Trace and Gio came out to do the initial inspection and estimate.
