Went to RME for an evaluation of my tooth under a bridge I was having pain and discomfort with so I went to see if the tooth was a good candidate for a root canal. After some imaging and closer inspection by L. Antoine Bluth, DDS and his assistant he told me the molar had a fracture in it and decay so he recommended getting it pulled. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism and also with the scheduling and billing team. Very pleased with the attention to details and care I received.
Positive professional experience from my initial phone call to schedule through the actual root canal procedure. The front desk are prompt and aware of what they are scheduling. Dr. Bluth and his assistant communicated exactly what was going to happen, very clear and conscientious of how I was feeling during the entire procedure. I have had two root canals with Rocky Mountain Endodontics.
First time at Rocky Mountain Endodontics Eagle and it was a breeze. Everyone was so pleasant to speak with and very easy to handle an appointment and completing the necessary paperwork. Dr. Burbank explained very thoroughly the steps for my procedure. So far it’s been a practice I would highly recommend.
Went in for a consultation early morning and they were able to find me an appointment that same day. All the staff were friendly and efficient. The dentist I saw was professional and spent time explaining before and after the procedure. It was absolutely pain free and I was very pleased with the end result. Absolutely the best dentist experience I’ve ever had!!! Kudos and 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Dr. Burbank and his team are great. They really treated me with care! I appreciate that they took notice of a different tooth as well. Explaining the X-rays and their concerns. Before my root canal I was in serious pain. My pain is now an 100% gone and I was able to return to work the following day. After the treatment I was given a follow up call as well.
