The crew at this office was amazing! They made room for me later in the day, same day service. Telephone experience was great. The first impression of the space was very inviting, classy and professional. Front office ladies were informative of bathroom facilities and that always helps since I traveled 2.5 hours to get there. Camille was quick and efficient with the pano and X-rays. I had an excellent experience at Rocky Mountain Endo. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, organized, and runs efficiently, which I really appreciated. Dr. Bluth was outstanding. I was able to be seen on a federal holiday, and from the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain all of my options, talked me through every step of the procedure. His bedside manner is exceptional, and the root canal was completely pain-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Dr. Bluth to anyone needing endodontic care.
This office is incredibly amazing! Their staff and doctor are super friendly and caring! I had a horrible abscess and they were able to see me the same day for an emergency consult and got my root canal done the following day. The Clear Wave technology is an added bonus, as it allows them to complete the root canal in one appointment. They even sent me a text the next day to check to see how I was feeling. Now that is outstanding customer service!
Mellow, clean environment with professional doctor and friendly front desk staff-those two people really helped the experience. The endodontist explained everything and didn’t treat me like a number. Loved the whole experience of being able to watch a movie, makes the possibility of returning for a root canal more appealing! 😉
