Very good experience from beginning to end. There was a minor scheduling snag but the office called me right away and we got it resolved super easily. When I went in for treatment Dr Bob and his assistant were incredible, I literally felt nothing except minor discomfort when I got my novocaine shot. They had headphones and a movie to watch, and the whole procedure was over before I knew it despite my very difficult Anatomy. I met with Dr Olson yesterday and was fortunate enough to get in today for a root canal. Dr Olson was incredible! An absolute gentleman and just as important he was gentle and thorough throughout the root canal process which was totally painless. I highly recommend him and will go back to him if I ever need another root canal. All his staff are great too!
I took my mom here as she requires a root canal. The staff and the doctor (Bob) were so kind and understanding as my mom has cognitive issues. They explained everything and just were so good with her. They are highly rated and I believe they will do a superior job. I highly recommend.
I showed up to have a RCT (root canal) done. Front office greeted me with a smile and ready to get me checked in. I was having issues with my insurance, and the lady at the front did everything she could to get it all figured out. They also have payment plan options. RME of Eagle is the best experience I have ever had. They are very kind and thorough on their procedures. I never felt any pain during the visit. The staff is very welcoming and made the experience very positive.
