I have a lifetime warranty on an amethyst ring I bought a couple years ago. I took it in for repairs because one of the diamonds came out and I needed it resized since I lost a lot of weight. Approximately 1 1/2 years ago my girlfriend and I found her dream engagement ring online at Rogers & Holland's Jeweler... We were browsing online because of the pandemic so because life happened we didn't move forward with any plans at that time... Online the ring showed in white gold and my girlfriend prefers yellow gold... When North Riverside Mall, IL reopened we stopped in just to browse... This experience was truly surprising. I don't normally comment anywhere but this custom jewelry store deserves it. John was amazing person to deal with. He clearly cares about his customers and wants them to make the smartest decision even when the customer themselves might not realize it. Just wanted to say my fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Victor. From the moment we walked in he really listened to what we both wanted for my engagement ring. Neither of us knew much about rings and Victor really spent the time to teach us about the different cuts and clarity and colors. He was truly a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were looking for a wedding band for him and walked into this store after shopping at another jewelry store in the mall. We were greeted by Alex who was approachable and engaging. He helped my husband choose his ring with options and no pressure. The ring was affordable and comparable in style to the one we had seen before.
