Dr. Melikian is an amazing surgeon with the best bedside manner. He and his staff are professional and kind. I have had two surgeries with Dr. Melikian, both at the DISC surgery center, and both surgeries have had marked results. I was feeling great within a week post op, using no pain medications, and have regained a lot of mobility. I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Dr. Rojeh Melikian, a spine surgeon. I visited him for what turned out to be a herniated disk pressing on a nerve in my left leg. His office promptly scheduled my appointment, and he recommended an MRI on December 30, 2025. I have never had better experience with a medical service provider in my life than my recent experience at DISC in MDR with the incredible Dr. Melikian and his even more amazing support team. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Dr. Melikian, his practice, and the Disc Surgery Center are world-class -- the pre-op discussion, the analysis of options, the confidence they inspired, and the actual surgical result were all legitimately exceptional. His support staff deserves their own call-outs -- unbelievably friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. I walked in feeling anxious and walked out feeling like I’d been taken care of by an elite team of *people*. Couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all -- you’re awesome.

i just had my surgical consult with Rojeh Melikian, M.D. I am so thankful that I was referred to him. He is extremely patient and thorough while explaining my upcoming procedure. I am confident and less anxious now going into my proposed surgery. My pain management physician, Dr. Danan, helped me find him and I am so thankful that I am in such good hands. I conducted over six months of reasearch before scheduling my appointment with Dr. Melikian. The entire office is efficient and quick to return my calls.
